This recipe is a full course meal in itself, and what’s more, it’s non-fattening, so it’s very healthy too! It is different and unique, and very easy to prepare too. It uses all the typical spices that Indians love so much, with some flavourful, tender Jasmine rice(be sure to use Laila’s !) along with some creamy coconut milk.
