For Chicken Marinade:


  • Laila Xtra Rice 500g (boiled)
  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Orange red color 1 pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coal (1 inch piece)


For Biryani Spices:


  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chilies 6
  • Mint leaves 20
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

  • Marinate boneless chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, all spice, cumin and yogurt mix all well and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Give simmer of coal, put chicken on skewers fry in 2 tbsp oil till done.
  • For Biryani Spices: Heat oil add brown onion with ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato.
  • Add salt, chili powder, yogurt and fry well.
  • Add ½ cup water, coriander, green chilies and mint leaves.
  • Spread boiled rice on top of this mixture, pour with kewra mixed with yellow food color.
  • Leave it on steam for 15 minutes on low flame.
  • Mix rice mixture, remove in a platter.
  • Serve with chicken sticks on top.
